As the name suggests it is smooth, clean, coffee with great sweetness and gentle acidity.
This blend is complementing our first two heavy-bodied blends with its lighter body and well pronounced but still gentle acidity. We wanted to offer a choice for customers looking for something different. We decided to use just clean and sweet American coffees which are complementing each other well.
The coffees chosen for this blend – El Salvador and Colombia Excelso – have similar characters, but when mixed together these create a much deeper, smoother character than the coffees individually. A perfect example of the “sum is greater than its parts”.

Cup: smooth, sweet, lighter-bodied coffee with soft acidity,
Tip: we prefer it black, but surprisingly good with milk. Perfect choice for anytime you want a great clean coffee with no frills.

This is our (myself and my wife) no 1 currently. We like to experiment and frequently change beans to beans after each 1kg testing international suppliers and local but this time we will comeback much more often. “Smooth” it’s perfect name which reflect all the flavours. And is very universal too. We like it with sweetener and without. As cappuccino, espresso or americano. Hopefully won’t get more expensive as is quite dear already.
